KEIM Royalan®
KEIM Royalan is a ready-to-use mineral silicate paint system for tropical climatic conditions. It offers water repellency and high vapor permeability and creats a chemical bond with the surface it is applied to.
KEIM Royalan can be used for all mineral, absorbent surfaces. Due to its superior product properties, KEIM Royalan is suitable for old and new surfaces. Various and different application areas are possible with the combination of KEIM Royalan system products.
Colour Shade: 350 standard colors are available in the special KEIM Palette. On-site coloring can be achieved with royalan coloring concentrates.

approx. 0.4 kg KEIM Royalan and
approx. 0.05 lt KEIM Royalan- Dilution.

KEIM Royalan®-Grob
KEIM Royalan-Grob is a filled, silica-based primer primer for preparatory layers on highly absorbent substrates in subtropical / tropical conditions.
The Royalan system offers water repellency and vapor permeability and creats a chemical bond with the substrate. KEIM Royalan-Grob is made using pure inorganic mineral fillers, light-resistant inorganic pigments, additives and potassium silicate binders.
KEIM Royalan-Grob functions as a primer and intermediate coat in the KEIM Royalan system. It is used on all absorbent and mineral surfaces. Various and different application areas are possible with KEIM Royalan system product combinations.
Colour shades: White, colours Beyaz, colours which are demanded
Application: KEIM Royalan-Grob can be applied by brush or roller and works perfectly on all surfaces.
Consumption: (0.2 kg) KEIM Royalan-Grob and (0.05 lt) KEIM Royalan-Dilution.
Finish: (0.2 kg) Royalan and equal amount KEIM Royalan-Dilution.
