KEIM Soldalit®
It is a sol-silicate based exterior paint suitable for both mineral and organic surfaces. With KEIM Soldalit;
• Light-resistant, permanent colors are formed.
• Surfaces are not damaged by UV effect.
•The amount of condensation decreases on the exterior with the silicate structure. The risk of algae growth decreases..
• It shows antistatic behavior, minimizes contamination with its non-thermoplastic feature. Thus, constantly clean surfaces are formed.
• It is water repellent.
• Water vapor permeability is high.
- It is resistant to weather conditions and permanent.
KEIM Soldalit combines all the advantages of a conventional silicate paint with the application range of an organic binder paint.

KEIM Soldalit®-Grob
This is a low fill effect sol / silicate based (combination of silica sol and glass water) primer paint for primer and intermediate coats in KEIM Soldalit-System. It is used on organic and mineral surfaces, equalizing the differences in texture or closing fine capillary cracks.

KEIM Soldalit®-Fixativ
It is a sol/silicate based primer and diluent. (combination of sol-silica and glass water). KEIM Soldalit-Fixativ is used as a primer for highly absorbent substrates or as a diluent for KEIM Soldalite and as a primer for strong absorbent substrates for KEIM Soldalit-Grob.
